Al-Tiba9 Gallery is pleased to present a new exhibition by Greek artist Dimitris Ntokos, continuing our collaboration with the artist and presenting a new selection of works that explore the relationship between structure, surface, and perception.
Through a restrained visual language, Ntokos constructs compositions where gesture, texture, and spatial tension unfold with quiet intensity. His works invite slow contemplation, allowing form and material to reveal subtle shifts between presence and absence.

Dimitris Ntokos’ work unfolds through a careful balance between structure and materiality. His compositions operate within a restrained visual vocabulary, where form, gesture, and surface interact in subtle tension. Through layered textures and measured chromatic fields, the artist constructs spaces that invite slow observation and contemplative engagement.
Ntokos develops a pictorial environment in which reduction becomes a method of inquiry. The works explore the relationship between density and openness, allowing the viewer to experience painting as a field of perception.
This exhibition at Al-Tiba9 Gallery continues the dialogue between the artist and the gallery, presenting a selection of works that reflect the evolution of Ntokos’ practice and his ongoing investigation into the possibilities of abstraction and visual structure.

La obra de Dimitris Ntokos se despliega a través de un cuidadoso equilibrio entre estructura y materialidad. Sus composiciones operan dentro de un vocabulario visual contenido, donde forma, gesto y superficie interactúan en una tensión sutil. A través de texturas superpuestas y campos cromáticos medidos, el artista construye espacios que invitan a una observación pausada y a una contemplación atenta.
